The Third East African Grantmakers' Conference

Inyathelo welcomes the opportunity to participate in the Third East African Grantmakers' Conference from 25 to 27 July in Uganda.

Hosted by the East Africa Association of Grantmakers (EAAG), a conglomerate of foundations working in Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya for grantmaking institutions, this year’s conference looks at the role of philanthropy in promoting strategic leadership and good governance as developmental tools for the region.

As part of our efforts to encourage discourse on philanthropy, across multiple contexts, Inyathelo will be sending representatives to attend the three-day conference. More details about the conference will be published in our upcoming August issue. Read more…
